IS THERE A FREE TRIAL?
Starter and Pro plans include a 15-day free trial. Business includes a 30-day trial with white-glove onboarding. The Free plan covers basic estimating with up to 5 estimates at no cost — no trial needed.
CAN I CHANGE PLANS LATER?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from Settings and you will keep access until the end of your billing period.
DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANYTHING?
No. Senku runs entirely in your browser — desktop or mobile. No app to download.
IS MY DATA SECURE?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies.
