HOW DOES THE CREDIT GET APPLIED?
When your referral pays their first month, a credit equal to one month at your current tier hits your Stripe customer balance. It auto-deducts from your next renewal — no coupons to remember, no codes to enter.
I'M ON THE FREE TIER — DO I STILL EARN CREDIT?
Yes. Your credit accrues as pending months on your account. The day you upgrade to a paid tier, those months apply automatically to your first paid invoices.
IS THERE A CAP ON REFERRALS?
No cap. Refer 12 and you cover a year. Refer 24 and you cover two. Same mechanic on every paying signup — every paid referral is one month back.
WHAT IF MY REFERRAL CANCELS OR REFUNDS?
If your referral cancels or refunds month one within their first 30 days, the credit gets clawed back. After 30 days the credit is permanent and yours to keep.
WHERE DO I FIND MY AFFILIATE DASHBOARD?
Sign in → "Affiliates" in the sidebar. Your invite link, KPI strip (invites / pending / qualified / rewarded), recent referrals, and credit balance all live there.
CAN I SHARE MY LINK ON SOCIAL?
Absolutely. Post it, pin it, put it in your bio. Every paying signup through the link credits you the same way regardless of channel.
